These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BillStat mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service
BillStat helps you scan QR codes on receipts in Montenegro, confirm saving when a receipt is found, retrieve receipt details via an official verification service (a third‑party “Government Service”), and store receipts in your BillStat account for viewing and exporting.
BillStat is intended for receipts with QR codes and is not designed to process POS card slips or payment documents.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age required by applicable law to use the Service.
4. Accounts
You sign in using Google Sign‑In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity associated with your use of the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk query the Government Service through BillStat.
6. Third‑party services
The Service relies on third‑party services, including Google (authentication) and the Government Service (receipt lookup). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, performance, accuracy, or terms.
7. Receipts and accuracy
Receipt data displayed in BillStat is obtained from the Government Service. We do not guarantee that receipt data is complete, error‑free, or available at all times.
8. Export and sharing
You may export receipts to files (for example, Excel) and share receipt information. You are responsible for how and with whom you share exported data.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or users.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict of law principles.
