Account Deletion – BillStat
BillStat users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to delete your account
To delete your account directly in the app:
- Open the Profile tab
- Tap Delete Account
If you no longer have access to the app, email support@billstat.app from the address associated with your BillStat account.
What data will be deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account information (email address, user ID)
- Stored receipts and transaction history
- Associated metadata related to your account
Data retention period
All user data is permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving the verified request.
Some information may be retained longer if required by applicable laws or regulatory obligations.
